This painting was created amidst the stunning dunes of Katwijk during the Katwijk en Plein Air event. I discovered a serene, sheltered spot in the dunes—an area known to be home to foxes. As I painted, I couldn’t help but anticipate the possibility of a fox making an appearance to share the moment with me.
